I am a certified Personal Trainer for women and I thrive on the challenge of helping clients reach their fitness goals. I do One-On-One and home training in the Portland, Oregon metro area. I also offer an online Fitness Program For Women designed for women who are determined to reshape their bodies, build muscle tone and gain strength. With workouts focused on sculpting your body and implementing progressive overload techniques, clients can expect to see significant improvements in strength and muscle definition!
