At Tri-Star Martial Arts Academy, our martial arts classes focus on three core aspects: self-defense, physical fitness, and character development.
Our physical fitness curriculum hones in on essential skills like timing, speed, coordination, balance, and strength, among others.
Within our martial arts school, character development is integral. We emphasize cultivating confidence and fostering respect, both for oneself and others.
While approximately 85% of our students are children, we also offer adult martial arts classes. These cater to individuals seeking fitness, self-defense skills, and a sense of empowerment while maintaining control. Join us and start your martial arts journey!
