Dr. Martin Van Vliet, a board certified orthodontist, was born and raised in upstate New York. He attended the State University of New York at Albany, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He continued his education at Fairleigh Dickinson University of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1975. After completing a two-year residency of specialty training in the field of Orthodontics, Dr. Van Vliet earned his Orthodontic Certificate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In 1988, he was elected as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
