Vertix Diagnostics

Vertix Diagnostics helps property owners across the New York City five boroughs and Long Island understand what is happening inside their buildings. From our office in Hewlett, New York, our ten person team uses infrared thermal imaging to inspect electrical systems, track down water leaks, investigate water intrusion, and survey flat roofs for trapped moisture. We also support buyers and sellers with due diligence inspections before a purchase or sale. Since 2000 we have built our reputation on clear reports, honest findings, and technology that shows exactly where a problem starts, so repairs can be targeted instead of guesswork. Reach us Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, at 516-234-5012.
