Vida Groman has been offering her skills, tools and expertise to individuals, couples, groups and leaders for over 30 years. She believes that individuals, relationships, families, organizations and communities can grow and heal only to the level of their own personal development. Only when that level of development stretches, grows and expands are there possibilities for new ideas, creations and healing. So for the past 30 years, Vida has grown herself, learned her tools and skills so that she could offer these to those ready for change.

In her work with individuals, couples and small groups, she teaches how minds process and learn, knowing that the mind is the filter and the mechanism through which the world is understood. She also provides opportunities and tools for clearing old thought patterns, energy blocks and old agreements-conscious and not-so that each person has more choice and possibility for living in joy. Her approach is filled with compassion, belief in the wisdom of each person, intuition, and experience from years of living her own life.

Vida provides her knowledge of working with groups and individuals in the workplace, offering her ability as a coach to help them uncover and realize their gifts, talents and skills to improve effectiveness within their work setting. Her offerings include Perceptual Thinking Patterns, a model that teaches how our mind organizes, problem solves and creates which are important tools for effective work. She also teaches coaching skills to leaders helping to increase their ability to lead and grow the capacity of their teams.

Vida believes that it is as important to enhance interpersonal and intrapersonal skills as it is to grow our technical skills in these times of great stress and change.

In these tumultuous times, there is a call for change in how we live and work. Vida believes that we are being asked to let go of the old ways of thinking about life, to knock down the walls of the boxes we live in so we can grow bigger, wiser, more compassionate while creating a world that allows for the gifts of our differences.
