About Webb Psychological Services

Established January 2022

Webb Psychological Services is a clinical psychology practice in Tigard, OR, founded by Dr. Liliya Webb, PsyD. — the practice provides care to children, teens, and young adults throughout Tigard, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Portland, Happy Valley, West Linn, Tualatin, and Wilsonville. Services include psychological, psychoeducational, and Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE), with specialization in ADHD, autism, twice-exceptional (2e), giftedness, and learning differences. Each evaluation results in a psychoeducational report and, when appropriate, IEP/504 accommodation recommendations, with therapy services available for ongoing support.
