Welcome to one of Utah's leading MMA gyms Absolute Mixed Martial Arts in West Jordan, Utah. “Where Beginners start every day”... and people just like you train in our positive and encouraging first-rate MMA training facility. We have group classes for both Youth and Adults. Our classes consist of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, Fitness, and Conditioning. We are centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley just a few minutes from I-15 and I-215 at 7200 South. We are just a five-minute walk from the Trax station at Gardner Village as well.
