Nuera was created in early 2000s, by several institutional and individual investors, as a vehicle to make private equity investments. The strategy of Nuera is to acquire companies in specific sectors, listed below, and create value by increasing scale, generating synergies and growing market shares in those sectors. Nuera is today the result of over 12 acquisitions made since 2000, both in Canada and the United States.
