About us
Founded in 1972, FROSCH was established with a focus on deluxe leisure and corporate travel. In 1977, Richard Leibman acquired the agency from the Frosch family. In 1998, Richard was joined by his son, Bryan who today serves as the company’s President & CEO. In 2004, Bryan’s sister, Lara, joined the company as Executive Vice President. Since 1998, the company has expanded by an average of 30% per year, both through internal growth, as well as through strategic acquisitions. FROSCH maintains offices nationwide, placing it among the top ten agencies in the U.S. Over the past fifteen years, FROSCH has grown from 30 employees to 1,800. With this tremendous growth, we have increased our focus on corporate travel while maintaining standards of superior customer service for our leisure travel clients. In the coming years, we aspire to define ourselves as the travel company of choice, to deliver industry-leading expertise and service to our customers, and to build on the tremendous pride our employees have in all they accomplish. We will continue to align our resources to further integrate leading technologies into our customer experience. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is partnering with CLEAR to add PreCheck enrollment to three CLEAR airport locations. The first trio of airports are Orlando International Airport (MCO), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and Sacramento International Airport (SMF). Learn from Emily’s experience and insight at TAMS Ignite!
I had the opportunity to attend the TAMS | Travel & Meeting Society conference in Atlanta this week. I loved the unique format of this conference. The Society hosted an immersive experience that walked us through a variety of relevant pieces of the traveler journey from various standpoints and even traveler personas. We also heard several panelists speak about hot topics in our industry, including blockchain, SSI (self-sovereign identity), NDC, AI, meetings, future workforce, and accessibility. It was interesting to learn about how AI is playing an increasingly larger role in personalizing traveler/booking experience. Self-sovereign identity (SSI) was also discussed and shed light on how the current way companies manage and store traveler information/data will continue to evolve since travelers can create a digital identity that includes all their personal information. As a whole, the industry is recognizing what it will take to attract and retain top talent. Panelists spoke to how Gen Z young professionals entering the workforce often have different priorities and career goals than those of Millennials or Baby Boomers. Maintaining quality employees requires creating a "destination career" that allows them to grow and upscale. Special thanks to the TAMS Leadership Team, board of directors, and panelists for putting on such a productive conference. I enjoyed networking with all of you and others in the industry.
