This month we celebrate Shane's 10 year Rapidversary! Shane joined Rapid in 2014 as a Monitoring Specialist! Over the past 10 years, she has continued to advance through the ranks. After 2 years as a Specialist, Shane joined the Elite Team and worked on specialized accounts for the next 3 years. In 2019, Shane was promoted to a Training Specialist role. "One of the most fulfilling aspects of my career has been being able to pass on the knowledge I have acquired. I enjoyed teaching new specialists how to help protect life and property," said Shane. "I loved building programs to support our trainers and designing materials to help people of all learning styles." After 4 years in the Training department, it was time for Shane to start the next adventure as a Quality Assurance Specialist. "For anyone looking to join the company, my advice would be to ask for help if you need it. Everyone at the company starts in the same position and we're all here to support your growth," said Shane
