At Breakthrough by BasePoint, we support young adults aged 18-28. These pivotal years inform mental well-being in early adulthood. Breakthrough equips those navigating an array of stressors by empowering individuals with tools and skills to overcome these uncertainties. 

BasePoint Academy has proudly served the adolescent population since 2019. With BreakThrough By BasePoint now serving young adults, each BP location is undergoing physical space renovation. Prioritizing quality, excellence, and access around every corner is something to celebrate. The BP Forney location held a ribbon-cutting to commence the extension of age and population now treated at BP. BreakThrough supports teens struggling beyond high school, early adulthood stressors, depression, relationship difficulties, adjustment to college or the workforce, the pressure of performance as a young adult, anxiety, and more. BasePoint is pleased to announce our newest leadership team member, Monica Clayborn, LPC.   Monica comes to Basepoint with an immense amount of experience over the past 10 years of operations in the mental health field. She has served as a regional and multi-state Director of Outpatient services throughout her career after getting her start as a child and adolescent therapist. Monica will lead our centralized Utilization Review team for all BasePoint clinics. Utilization Review/Management is an imperative department that informs treatment coverage by insurance and takes a skilled approach to operate effectively.
