Breaking news for NY CAURD holders & retail applicants from November 2023! During the recent CCB board meeting held May 10, 2024, a resolution was passed to extend the CAURD licensing period and remove geographical restrictions. This means that CAURD folks who have struggled to find a compliant location can now search for spot in other areas around the state. The CCB also announced that the November 2023 retail application queue will be reviewed in sequential order.
