She has worked as a case manager, licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and director within multiple levels of care, from Outpatient to Acute Inpatient. From advocating for young children and adolescents, to working for geriatric populations in healthcare facilities, to providing services to those battling mental health, trauma, substance abuse, addiction, and grief, she strives to provide effective holistic care that truly puts the individual first and at the center of everything she does. She has extensive experience in developing programs, offering comprehensive clinical services, and conducting effective clinical and administrative supervision. Dawneisha has had the opportunity to implement successful organizational change that supports growth, creates new innovative workflows, and enhances policies related to state regulations. She currently serves as a member of the American Counseling Association and American Psychological Association.
