On Monday, April 15th, I formally submitted a letter of intent to our regulatory bodies in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This letter outlines our plans to pursue the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) License with FINRA, enabling us to provide comprehensive Wealth and Asset Management services to our clients. Additionally, we will be acquiring a Real Estate license in all our key states. This strategic move will streamline our operations, allowing us to offer Mortgage, Real Estate, and Investment Advisory services under a unified company structure.
