We have been with DME for many, many years and have always had great customer service. My copier was not corresponding with my computer and thank goodness we have DME. I spoke with Devon from IT and he determined it was something that needed to be taken care of onsite. He was here within an hour and better yet got us back in business in even less time. Devon is very knowledgeable, kind and informative. He is a real asset to DME. A KEEPER!!!

My copier went down and Devon was unable to remotely fix the issue. Within an hour he arrived and was able to get the copier up and running. Besides great service, he was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly Devon is an asset to DME.

Devon Willits has been an amazing help to me after we received our new printer. I had issues setting up many laptops and again with scanning from the new machine. Each time I spoke with him he was excellent at solving the issues and was very professional. He is a great guy and very easy to work with. I think he is the best tech I have worked with over the 10+ years we have had Donnellon McCarthy machines!

We rarely ever have issues with our old Savin copier but when we do, D-M is very promptly responsive. Today, Devon did an outstanding job of getting us through an IT issue that had nothing to do with the copier itself. He was super friendly and down to earth. Problem resolved within a very short time.
