Dr. Maria J. Nardone

About

Dr. Nardone is a forensic expert witness and a New York licensed psychologist. Her areas of expertise include psychological evaluations and expert trial testimonies in civil and immigration litigation, including hardship waivers, political asylum cases, employer/employee disputes, and other immigration matters. She has testified in over 200 cases.

In addition to testifying in court, Dr. Nardone also teaches psychoanalytic and psychology courses, emotional intelligence, and many other subjects that have wide national and international appeal. She is an organizational consultant and executive coach. She is the former director of psychological services at the OB/GYN department at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she specialized in women's mental health issues, including PTSD as a result of domestic violence, postpartum depression, stress management, infertility and gynecological cancer.
