We returned home from vacation to a broken fridge. Alan, our technician, showed up right when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very friendly and happy to help us.

Not very professional. Called to see about getting my whirlpool washing machine fixed. The secretary who answered said they repair Whirlpool washers. I said great when can you come out. She said is it stackable?
i said yes the dryer is stacked on the washer in the laundry room. Then she gave me the run around saying they could not come and fix it until two weeks from now.. I said ok come in two weeks...then she said why don't i give you the names of other companies...
weird conversation..
instead of just saying they don't like to work on machines that are stackable she wasted my time giving me the runaround..

Had a tech come to diagnose my broken down frig. He said I needed a new control/mother board and quoted me a whopping $650! And was charged $75 to have them come out. I had my frig all ready disassembled for him. I ordered the part off eBay for only $33 and replaced it myself. Works perfectly now. I'm giving 3 stars cuz Victor did diagnose it correctly. At least he really did know what he was doing. He said the company told him that ridiculous quote amount. This place is a rip off. I also had another tech quote me $410 for the same thing.---diy -the part was only $24 and shipping was $9 ---$33!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!
I had a broken refrigerator that was about 20 years old. I called their office is immediately when they opened and they were going to send someone out to me that same day. Luckily for me the repair man, Gabriel, was able to come out earlier than scheduled (which was quite a relief). He was honest, friendly, & knowledgeable and was very careful with my home, floors, etc.
He even vacuumed the dustbunnies I gathered under my refrigerator and was quite funny.
The quote was very fair but given the age of my refrigerator, it was time to replace.
I have used EAppliance in the past for my washer and dryer and was equally impressed with their service, honesty, and prices.
I highly recommend them to anyone who has appliance repair needs. I am a devoted customer now! Won't go anywhere else!!!
Update 9/14/19:
I just had one of EAppliance's service reps come by and he didn't even touch my machine. When I told him what the problem was he simply told me I should buy a new machine. My current machine is maybe seven years old. That five minute visit cost a $75 consulting fee.
I now wish I had contacted someone who also sells washing machines so I could get a replacement. Now I'm just out $75 and still need to buy a new machine or hire someone else to come out to fix it.
I originally gave this company a five star review but businesses don't always keep up their standards, and this company is one of them in my opinion.
UPDATE 9/17/19:
This company cares about their customers and reputation. When I left the above review on 9/14/19, the company was quick to call me and make it right. After two phone calls, I was informed my $75 service call would be FULLY REFUNDED!!

We had called about my mother in laws washer a few months back and he fixed it on the spot. Then something went wrong on mine so we called him again. And again he was able to fix mine too. So happy with the service!. I have washed 3 loads already and it works perfectly.

Great service!
We had a problem with our washer and needed service right away (leaving town tomorrow)... I called at 9am hoping for help and they were able to have a technician come between 10-noon which was amazing.
Gabriel called with his exact eta and was right on time.
He took a look and was able to determine the issue right away.
Overall great experience, very efficient.

I called 2x today to get a quote and service . The first time we got disconnected. The second time , the young man who answered the phone was rude. I asked what E stands for and he said he can't disclose it and it's personal information.

UPDATED - 3 STAR - A manager from E Appliance contacted me due to my review and tried to see if there was something they could do about my bad experience. I increased my rating two more stars - one for accepting the fact that labor isn't based on time as much as what companies think it's worth to you and one for the manager trying to remedy my unhappiness.
My advice - find a company who charges by the hour versus by a preset amount.
ORIGINAL - 1 STAR - The repair person said it would take 2 hours to replace the washing machine boot (rubber part that gets moldy), and on youtube the commenters are saying it takes 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Then the guy says the part is $140, but I'm like it's $63 from Sears. He says all LG parts are now double the price due to Trump. The estimate was $450 for the washer and $440 to fix my dryer. Definitely get a second quote before signing up with them! I decided to try them out given all the great reviews - my AC had a burning smell so a technician came to check it out. First thing I noticed was that he came unprepared without a step ladder to reach my AC unit - luckily I had one in the house. Diagnosed that I needed a new AC motor since it had burned out and immediately said it would cost $950 to fix. My gut screamed whoa that much?!! Nonetheless he took my CC info and told me that they take my info because they wouldn't want to order it and then I subsequently change my mind.
Given the high price, I decided to get a second quote with another company. In major contrast, the guy came prepared with a ladder, even offered to put on shoe covers, checked out the unit and didn't even take my info and told me he would bring it back to the office so they can review. It took them a few days to research and they called me back giving me 2 options - original brand and an off-brand, BOTH of which were $300-$400 less than what I was quoted through E Appliance!! Not to mention it was apparent at least this other company took the time to research and provide me with a more thoughtful quote.
