Can you treat my children?

Yes! At Bethlehem Town Family Dental, we offer pediatric dental treatments for all our young patients in the Delmar and Glenmont area. Our skilled Glenmont, NY dentists have been treating children for years. Whether your child just got their first tooth or has a whole mouth full of baby teeth, we will provide the care they need.

We have several strategies for successfully treating our pediatric patients. If your child is nervous about getting into the dental chair, we usually start by showing them around the office and letting them get used to the sights and sounds.

We then rely on nitrous oxide — commonly known as laughing gas — to further relax your child. Nitrous oxide is completely safe and harmless to your child, but its calm, drowsy effect allows Dr. Henry to complete his exam without any difficulty. We also use the Isodry dental isolation system to hold open your child’s mouth, so they don’t have to. We found that mouth muscle fatigue was a common problem with our younger patients and that using the Isodry system helped eliminate that fatigue.

What payment and financial options do you offer?

Everyone has concerns about insurance and the cost of dental care. We believe it's important for you to feel fully informed so that there are no surprises before, during, or after your treatment. We work with  many major insurance plans both in and out of network and will be happy to file your claim for you. Please give us a call if you have specific questions about your insurance.

If you do not have dental insurance, our dental office also accepts the CareCredit payment plan. CareCredit is a form of dental financing that makes treatment possible for patients who otherwise could not afford to be seen.
