About Orca Holding

Orca Holding is a privately-held company, with a long-term strategic vision and global reach. We have a decades-long track record of successfully acquiring, owning, developing and managing hotels and resorts. As an integrated hospitality platform that combines the right people, partners and solutions, we are able to deliver optimal results with our own invested capital whilst maximizing returns and actively managing risks. Based in Malta, with associated companies in various countries and offices in Miami (USA), Barcelona (Spain), and Singapore (Singapore). Led by its Founder and CEO Laith Pharaon, the Company’s current hotel Investment Portfolio currently includes Alila Kothaifaru in the Maldives, Soho House Projects in Europe and Mexico, as well the Zetter portfolio of hotel in the UK. Previous hotel investments include the Six Senses in Asia and Hyatt and Four Seasons projects in Latin America.

In business since the mid-1990s, the company maintains a successful track record of owning and managing properties in the Hospitality sector. Over the past three decades, Orca Holding has successfully developed, or acquired performing and underperforming Real Estate Assets; repositioning and enhancing its Management Teams and Implemented Creative Financial Strategies to position these Properties into Income Generating Assets.
