We had a great experience today. John really did a great job of helping educate us on how to choose the right matress. He listen to our opinions and made suggestions to that reflected. There was lots of options to look at and Kevin was very helpful with the checkout.Thanks

Gary was helpful in picking out a mattress that fits our needs. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a mattress or set of base and mattress. The prices and the ability to have it delivered and the old set removed, was helpful in so many ways. I will go back to this store if I am ever in the need of a mattress set.

We just moved to Nashville and found Mark’s Mattresses through the Helix Sleep website. Our goal was to test out the Helix Midnight Luxe mattress and then go order it online direct. But after speaking with John, we decided to order it through the store based on his personality and extensive knowledge in helping us decide on the right mattress. He spent plenty of time with us, even staying after hours to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. He got us a great price (better than Helix direct) and couldn’t be happier with our decision, all because of John!

Went in the store late in the afternoon and was on a time crunch. My MIL was getting released from the nursing home the next day and needed a new mattress. Ashlynn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and got us out the door with our purchase in no time. Incredibly thankful for the great service.
