2024 Summer Basketball Camps Near Phoenix, AZ

This is our second camp with Coach Carter and enjoyed all of it. Coach Carter, and his team, were terrific with the kids, and they coach valuable lessons that can be applied - on and off - the basketball court. We will be signing up again next summer with Coach Carter!

Great coaching leadership with solid instruction to improve skills and conditioning. I loved that Coach Carter also focused on appreciation and support of each other as team mates in addition to the basics of basketball.

The set up and teaching aspect makes this camp unique. The coaches were friendly and supportive with the kids. Adam Hepker was amazing! Great energy and his love for the game is contagious! I liked how detailed he was at teaching the kids skills.

Peyton loved this camp! It was engaging, active, and fast paced. She learned so much and loved Coach Brice.

Discipline, structure, fun, fundamentals, and an overall positive and encouraging environment for all age groups that were participating. Even though small groups were by age and able to challenge individual skill sets, the players were still able to compete in group challenges that made sense and were appropriate.

Besides learning essential basketball skills my son learned so much more. He learned how to be a good human. He thanked me for signing him up, he talked about the hard work he has to put in to be better, he was balls to go every day no matter how tired he was. This camp was more than just basketball! My 9year old has done a basketball camp every summer from the age of 6 and this has been by far the best one!

I liked that the fundamentals of the game were taught. I really appreciate the character building! That will make me sign my son up again.

Very organized. Coaches were amazing

I love how organized the camp was. Each day there was an agenda that the instructors followed. Each coach was very knowledgeable of the game and helped dummy down instructions to the campers so that it made sense to them.

Structure, organization, facilities, coaches, all was good..!!

Fast paced, participants always had a ball in their hands learning drills and skills that were applicable to actually playing the game. Jamal brought a ton of energy to the camp and not only taught the kids basketball skills and thinking but also the importance of work ethic and gratitude for your teammates, coaches and parents. Also the venue was great. Great to see Isabella use skills learned in camp at her very next club team practice.
