clear communication and weekly updates would be a great start to rising up to the level of an average agent. Some times I could not even get an update from you when directly asking. Then when I did get information I would find out that it was incorrect. I also foung it to be unprofessional when you yelled at me on the phone. Even the buyers agent was asking for for advise on how to handle you and the fact that you would not be honest with her and was causing so much frustration for the buyers. The sellers were pissed. The way this transaction was handled so poorly by you I think that you should have given away your commision to the sellers, buyers agent and listing agent as a gesture to apologize and make things right for causing so many issues and creating other parties to work extra hours. Instead you didnt even offer a verbal apology you just said this is the way it goes. Unfortunatly I have too much experience and know better. Your statement lead me to believe that this is the way it goes for you and your clients. In summarry I found your service to be lacking and you personally to be unprofessional.
