Johnny and his team were incredibly professional and did exceptional work refinishing our wood floors. They worked fast and kept everything very neat and clean. Their craftsmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Creative Floors and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Great experience with Creative floors. Jhonny and his team are very professional from taking measurements till the completion of the job. Team is very helpful and informative. They have lot of knowledge on flooring. My floor now has a great look with new baseboard, staircase installed perfectly. They are far better on prices and before them I got quote from multiple vendors. Lucky to have them near my neighborhood. I couldn't be happier with choosing Creative Floors for our project. We wanted to replace our entire upstairs laminate/carpet flooring with hardwood. Jonny was extremely responsive from the start and the turn around time was incredible. The job was done in 2 days and looks perfect. All at a very fair and reasonable price. My old floors (1909) were super squeaky and in need of being refinished. I contacted Creative Flooring and Johnny came out the next day to inspect my situation. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to begin work the following week. My wife and I were hoping to just address the squeaks, but we realized we also had to refinish our floors. Johnny gave us a very good price and by the time the work was finished, we were in love with our new, refinished hardwood floors (squeak free). What I appreciated most about Johnny was his professionalism throughout the whole process. He always answered the phone when I called him (no matter the time of the day) and walked my wife and I through every step of the process. It's rare these days to find a company that can offer you this type of service!

I have received numerous complements on my newly installed kitchen porcelain tiles! From start to finish we had the best experience with Creative Floors! I sent out a request for a quote, and that same morning an estimator showed up at our house with samples of flooring. He was very knowledgeable and explained why we should make certain choices to make our flooring look nicer and which product was most durable for our dogs. When we wanted to set up the work, he had a crew here within 2 days. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently for 12 hours to get our job done today instead of the original 2 day estimate. The finished product looks amazing! We are so happy with their work and would highly recommend them to others!

My wife and I are so happy we hired Creative Floors for our flooring needs. We had carpeting installed in our bonus room and luxury vinyl plank in the basement. Both look great. Johnny looked at my floor and gave me an estimate. A couple days later his team came over and fixed my flooring . I couldn't believe how nice it looked. They had to fix 7 places in my bamboo flooring that were either separating or of uneven cut. The job took around 3 hours and Alex and John cleaned up any mess that was left. I couldn't believe that I was looking at the same floor. To say that I was happy with the results is an understatement. I'd hire them again.

We just had our floors done throughout the house. The crew did a great job. The floors are beautiful! I would definitely recommend them.

Johnny and his crew did an absolutely phenomenal job on our living room. It was the only room in our house which still had a carpet. Once the carpet was peeled back, the floors were extremely uneven and they did a great job of leveling the floors before laying the new hardwood. Although the stain couldn't be matched to the existing floors, they did an excellent job in the living room. Better yet, they completed the entire job in two days. Johnny is super responsive and we really appreciated that. When we texted him a couple of days later asking him a question about the floors, he stopped by real quick to address our questions. Would highly recommend him for your flooring needs. He is also very competitively priced 🙂
