Comments Off on Eli Stines, Boone Mayor, talks about the Boone City Council meeting. Stines noted the budget amendment for the current fiscal year was passed with no questions. There were questions from neighbors to a proposed development in the 1200 Block of South Marshall Street. Hunziker Development Group is considering a development with townhomes and a couple of two story apart 12-plex apartments. The Council did proceed with the rezoning.
