    U.S. District Court Judge Jane Beckering,  Western District of Michigan, last week granted Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought by 11 Republican state legislators against Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and Jonathan Brater, the state’s elections director.
