9:30pm – Close – Matt Everhart has performed all over the country in a multitude of styles with acts ranging from 1960’s R&B groups (Platters, Crystals, Drifters, Tokens) to renowned Jazz fusion guitarist Carl Filipiak. He’s a founding member of Baltimore/DC group Speakers of the House who have performed extensively in the area, including multiple times at the request of Governor Hogan. In 2013 he was brought on as a bass instructor for the Carroll Community College arts and music department. Since then he has expanded to teaching Rock History and running some of the department’s most popular ensembles. He’s known for his ability to adapt across a wide breadth of musical genres and the intensity he brings to the stage.
