About City Wide Maintenance of Nashville

Established January 2019

In 2007, a local entrepreneur named Tim Akers, in seeking a good janitorial and building maintenance company for his building, found that there were no suitable companies to provide the quality service he was seeking. As a result, he decided to open his own janitorial company. Since then, he has grown City Wide from the ground up to become one of the most sought after, providers of quality service in the Tennessee building maintenance industry. In order to meet the market demand for a holistic approach, City Wide has evolved into a full-service building management company.
