Our programs have a strong focus on personal development. The foundations of our morals, values and core character traits are formed in our early years. For this reason, the programs at Darfight Martial Arts are an essential way to enhance the growth and personal development of young students of all ages. For students that are 4 to 8 years of age, the class focuses primarily on developing the most fundamental skills that young students require to effectively learn Judo. This is a fun-filled class designed to teach the kids through games and quick-changing drills. For students age 9 - 15 this foundation is built upon to attain a higher level of skill and acheivement.

Part of our curriculum for all ages is the ongoing review and development of life skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal-setting, perseverance, self-control, and confidence. Our program for Adults adds a real-world purpose to your work- out routine, you will not only get in the best shape of your life; You will also find it much easier to stay consistent and reach your full potential. Finding a fitness routine you can enjoy should not be a difficult task. However, as adults we have all experienced the initial enthusiasm for new workout routines, only to find ourselves bored or uninspired before long. Since its arrival in the United States in the 1980s, Jiu-Jitsu has experienced unprecedented popularity with its practitioners creating a real culture of their own. Getting in shape and gaining confidence should not be a huge chore made up of boring gym workouts you dread daily. And most importantly, it is not something you have to face alone!
