About Feuern Outsourcing
Established February 2022
Feuern Outsourcing is a remote back office company supporting US property preservation and mortgage field service contractors. We handle everything after the field visit. You handle the field work and photos, we handle the processing, so you can stay in the field, take on more volume, and stop updating portals at 2AM. Our team works inside the major national and regional vendor portals, including Safeguard, MCS Vendor360, Five Brothers, Cyprexx, Altisource, Zephyr, Xome and National Field Network, along with regional platforms and supporting software such as Property Preservation Wizard. Services cover the complete post fieldwork workflow: work order processing, photo and document review, property condition reports, bid and proposition writing, invoicing, completion packages, reopen and dispute handling, and portal updates, all with QC and backcharge prevention review before submission. Contractors assign orders by text, email, WhatsApp or portal reference. We process each order end to end: photos labeled and checked, damage analyzed against prior orders, bids drafted with Bluebook, RepairBase and Xactimate aligned pricing, completion entries, invoices matched to allowables, and notes documented. Crews can send photos from the property and get real time confirmation that every instruction and requirement is covered before they leave. Since 2020 our team has processed more than 20,000 work orders for contractors across ten states, from solo operators to multi crew companies with subcontractors. Clients stay for years and most new clients arrive by referral. Pricing is simple per order with no monthly fees and no long term contracts. Work starts with a single trial order, no portal access required to begin.
