When access to studios became limited, we responded to our community's needs by offering free yoga sessions at local beaches and parks. These gatherings created a safe and comfortable space to practice. Whether one person showed up or many, our joy was in giving and practicing together. And the response was overwhelming—dozens turned into hundreds, and now our beach and park sessions draw regular crowds.

Our goal is to provide a high-quality yoga experience accessible to all levels. We incorporate deep spiritual symbolism and unique Gong and Crystal Bowl sound bath meditations. With 37 years of combined yoga experience, both as students and leaders, we create a heart-connected community where new friendships flourish.

Beyond our community gatherings, we offer local and international yoga retreats.
