Lineage BJJ is the sole provider of authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in St. Mary's County, under the guidance of Professor Jim Thrift, a direct disciple of 9th Degree Grandmaster Relson Gracie. Our academy offers both Gi and no-Gi training, integrating striking, Judo, and wrestling into the curriculum.
