Opened in 2003 by Texas born owner Sean Patterson, LOBO was created to satisfy the hankering that most displaced Texans have for chili con queso, rich and spicy con carne sauce and the basic yet flavorful cheese enchiladas. The result of that vision is a relaxed place to enjoy fresh juice margaritas with infused tequilas and a plate of hot and spicy Tex-Mex. Park Slope. Brooklyn.
