Northlake Medical Chiropractic and Rehabilitation has been furnishing medical and chiropractic service to the community for 35 years. The company was formed by Dr. Daniel Fortunato, a chiropractic physician.
The company’s primary purpose is and has always been to utilize the most state of the art treatments. This enables the patient to obtain relief in the shortest period of time so that they can complete their care in a timely and economical manner. The staff speaks 5 languages which enables the facility to be able to treat and communicate with each and every type of patient.
The trained medical, chiropractic, and massage therapists have many years of experience in taking care of accident as well as non- accident victims.
