Tami Matthaei, co-owner of Schear Elegance is a self-employed stylist and nail tech. She has over 8 years experience, specializing in hair coloring and cutting. She has also specialized in nail care and nail art for over 20 years and holds an instuctor's license, teaching at a local beauty collage. Tami enjoys keeping up on current trends and techniques by taking advance classes.

Dawn Vanlith has been in the cosmetology field for 5 years. She started out working at Glacier Waters Spa, an Aveda destination Spa in Nisswa, MN. She then worked at Salina Salon/Spa in Elk River, MN for two years before opening Schear Elegance in Milaca. She has taken many advanced classes and training. In 2004, she won a hair competition at R.B.I. in St. Cloud, MN. Dawn is very passionate about her career and love’s learning new trends and techniques.
