About Vampire Facial

Established January 2018

Are you ready to improve the look and feel of your facial skin? If so, the vampire facial in Brooklyn may be the right choice for you. It is one of the most advanced skin facial treatments available and many patients who have undergone the procedure are happy with the results. The procedure is designed to use platelet-rich plasma, or PRP. Platelet-rich plasma is created from the patient’s own blood and used to completely enhance the look of the skin While the name may sound quite scary, the procedure is not considered to be painful and it is not as terrifying as it sounds. In fact, it was given the name vampire because it uses the patient’s own blood to create the PRP. Treatment helps to stimulate the skin, which then boosts elastin and collagen within the skin. When you come in for a vampire facial, you can expect the appointment to last about 30 minutes. Once the PRP has been extracted, it will be brushed onto your face and our aesthetician will then use a tool that consists of a bunch of small needles. The tool is pressed lightly on your skin to control how deep and where the needles go. While the procedure is not considered to be painful, some patients may experience a slight discomfort. In addition, some patients will experience redness after the procedure, but it will fade quickly.
